2. Trade. Every RT Lot you trade until 31 December moves you up the countdown.

3. Collect. Your points add up at every level and land in your CXM Rewards wallet.

4. Spend. Redeem them in the CXM Rewards Hub or turn them into trading capital with Redeem for Capital.

No redemption email. Every total ends in 27, because 2027 deserves a countdown.

What Your Points Are Worth

Hub prices may change. You receive points, not the item. Item examples show what your points can buy at the time of launch.

Who Can Join

• All new and existing CXM clients, whenever their account was registered.
• Click Participate in the Members Area no later than 15 December 2026.
• Open in all CXM markets, including Thailand and India.

Eligible Account Types

• Standard, CENT, ECN/Zero and CXM Trader.
• FIX API and PAMM accounts are not eligible.

Trade Volume Calculation

• Only valid closed trades held for more than three (3) minutes count.
• Trading volume counts from 1 November 2026 (00:00 server time) to 31 December 2026 (23:59 server time).
• All instruments offered by CXM are eligible.
• Levels are cumulative: your points add up as you reach each level, up to 20,027 points.

Points Crediting

• No redemption email is required. Points are credited automatically.
• Points for each level are credited to your CXM Rewards wallet within twenty (20) business days of reaching it.
• Points may be redeemed at any time in the CXM Rewards Hub or with Redeem for Capital. Points do not currently expire and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• The CXM Premium Merch Collection is delivered to your address. Shipping fees may apply depending on your country, and merch cannot be exchanged for points or cash.

Limitations

• Only one (1) account per client may participate.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other CXM offers or promotional programmes. Registering for more than one CXM promotion at the same time leads to disqualification.
• You must follow at least one official CXM social media account.
• Any misuse, manipulation or abuse of the promotion leads to disqualification and/or refusal to issue rewards.

• CXM reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any part of this promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• CXM's decisions on eligibility, calculations and points issuance are final and binding.
• Valid trades are trades that are held for a minimum of three (3) minutes, do not result in a negative balance, and are not deemed toxic or arbitrage.
